TiaCORINE — OFFICE MAG
Since TiaCorine’s debut album 34Corine released in 2020, she has been recognized as a queen of the underground. With her immaculate bars and flow, the Winston-Salem rapper has since made her way out of the underground and into the spotlight.
TiaCorine’s effervescence is rooted in her love of anime, her multicultural upbringing, and the support from her day-one and new fans. Her viralability has led to appearances at music festivals, fashion events, and collaborations with popular musicians like Latto, Kenny Beats, and Tony Shhnow.
I met up with TiaCorine at a Mexican restaurant in Greenpoint, Brooklyn where we ate subpar food, drank one too many margaritas, and discussed her unique fashion sense, her music, and what she has planned for the future.
